There's no one right way to make people laugh, however, if our comedy requires there to be a butt of the joke, we endeavour to only "punch up". We also value consent, and only involve audience members in ways that they agree to. If we mess up, we acknowledge the error, and do our best to make it right. Company members guide the company democratically.
